ReadyQuextGo Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

1. Who we are and scope
Quext Interactive Technologies, Inc., a Texas company ("Quext," "we," "us"), operates ReadyQuextGo at readyquextgo.com. ReadyQuextGo is being developed as an AI-assisted service for consumer and business tasks and projects through web and phone interfaces, with an optional location-enabled companion. Descriptions of planned features apply only when those features become available and you use them. This policy also covers our website and inquiries sent to us.

2. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, information may include:
• Contact and account information, such as your name, phone number, email, and communication preferences.
• Task content, instructions, documents, messages, third-party contact details you provide, and results collected for an authorized project.
• Communication information, such as message content, call times, delivery status, consent and opt-out records, and audio processed to support a voice conversation. Recording or retaining call audio or transcripts requires the notices and permissions applicable to that feature and the participants; a general agreement to this policy is not a substitute.
• Technical information associated with website or service use, such as IP address, browser, device, security logs, and cookies or similar technologies needed for an enabled function.
• Location you enter or permit an enabled companion or device to provide. Precise location is optional and requires specific permission. Device controls can stop future location access; disabling it may limit location-based features.

Do not provide passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information unless an enabled feature specifically requests it through an appropriate protected process. Provide other people's information only when you have authority to do so.

3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to you, operate and secure the service, carry out your instructions, provide authorized updates, troubleshoot problems, maintain consent and suppression records, and meet legal obligations. We request additional permission before using information for a materially different purpose when required. We do not treat your project information as permission for unrelated advertising.

4. Disclosure and your permission
We do not sell your personal information or disclose it to independent recipients for their own marketing. We do not give blanket permission to others to use your information. Disclosures are limited to:

Your authorized projects. When you expressly approve phone calls or texts on your behalf to specified vendors and third parties for a project, we may provide the minimum necessary name, phone number, and email address to identify you, gather information for that project, and arrange the response you authorized. We seek further authorization before sharing other information outside that scope. A recipient may handle information it receives under its own practices and legal obligations; it does not receive your consent to unrelated marketing from us.

Service operation. Providers may process information needed to host, protect, deliver, and support ReadyQuextGo. The planned infrastructure includes Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure, Twilio for calling and SMS, SendGrid for email, OpenAI for AI reasoning and voice processing, and Google Places and Routes for requested place and route functions. Only providers actually used for your feature receive the information needed for that function. Provider processing is governed by applicable agreements and is not permission for unrelated marketing. The final provider configuration and applicable notices will be reflected here before the corresponding features launch.

Legal requirements and protection. We may disclose information when legally required, in response to valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary and permitted by law to protect rights, safety, and service security. We limit these disclosures to their purpose. This policy does not promise that a lawful disclosure can always be made conditional on your permission.

5. Special protection for SMS information
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to others, including project recipients, for their independent use. Other disclosure categories in this policy do not authorize that use. Providers supporting our own messaging program may process the minimum necessary information to transmit messages, support the program, maintain consent and opt-out records, or meet legal obligations. They are not granted permission to use this information for their own marketing. A legally required disclosure does not transfer your consent to receive messages from anyone else.

6. Choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information by emailing admin@quextit.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or opt out of certain processing and to appeal a denied request. Send an appeal to the same address with the subject "Privacy appeal." You may contact your state attorney general if you disagree with the outcome. We may need to verify your identity and authority without collecting unnecessary information. We will respond within applicable legal periods and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You may withdraw optional communications or project permissions prospectively. Reply STOP to stop SMS, tell the assistant to stop calls, or email admin@quextit.com. Device settings control future device location access. Withdrawal does not undo completed disclosures or require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.

7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including completing projects, maintaining accounts, honoring opt-outs, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. Retention depends on the data and purpose, including applicable provider practices. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children and third-party services
ReadyQuextGo is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us. External websites, businesses contacted for a task, and services you choose to use have their own policies. This policy does not control their independent practices.

9. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice or request consent when required. A policy update does not automatically expand an existing communication or project authorization.
