ReadyQuextGo Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of ReadyQuextGo, operated by Quext Interactive Technologies, Inc., a Texas company ("Quext," "we," "us"), at readyquextgo.com and through features we make available. Review them before using the service. When presented with an acceptance step, you agree by accepting. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Availability and scope
ReadyQuextGo is being developed to help consumers and businesses organize, research, and carry out authorized tasks and projects through AI-assisted web and phone interactions and an optional location-enabled companion. A description on the website or in these Terms does not guarantee that a feature is available. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and comply with applicable laws. Provide accurate information, safeguard account access, and promptly report unauthorized use. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for information and instructions you provide. Do not use ReadyQuextGo for unlawful conduct, harassment, deceptive impersonation, spam, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, or attempts to evade safeguards or access restrictions.

4. Your instructions and limited authority
You remain responsible for choosing and reviewing your tasks, recipients, and requested actions. Quext acts only within the scope you authorize. A research request does not authorize a purchase, contract, payment, account change, or unrelated disclosure.

When you expressly authorize Quext to contact specified vendors and third parties for a project, you authorize Quext to make phone calls and send texts on your behalf to those recipients to gather information for that project, using only the channels you approve. You may authorize use and disclosure of the minimum necessary name, phone number, and email address to identify you, gather the requested information, and arrange the response you requested. This authority is limited to that task and those recipients. Quext will request further authorization for materially different recipients, data, purposes, or commitments. You may narrow or withdraw authorization before further action; completed communications cannot necessarily be recalled.

Your permission does not establish a third party's consent to receive automated calls or texts, permit unlawful recording, or override applicable do-not-call, calling-hour, privacy, telecommunications, or provider requirements. Quext may pause, refuse, or limit a task when required permissions or lawful methods are unavailable. Quext will identify itself as an AI assistant when conducting AI voice outreach rather than misrepresenting itself as you or a human.

5. Communications and privacy
The SMS and Voice Communication Policy governs optional SMS and calling features. Receiving recurring service texts, receiving automated or AI voice calls, receiving marketing, and authorizing project outreach are distinct choices. Accepting these Terms does not itself grant those permissions. The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled, including limited service-provider processing and legally required disclosures. Both policies are linked on readyquextgo.com.

6. AI outputs and third-party information
AI may misunderstand instructions or produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. Review important outputs and confirm material details directly before relying on them. Results from businesses, websites, maps, and other third parties may change and are not guaranteed. ReadyQuextGo is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice and is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for emergency response or safety-critical decisions.

7. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give Quext only the permission reasonably needed to process that content to provide the service and perform your authorized tasks, subject to the Privacy Policy. You do not grant permission for public publication or unrelated marketing by submitting content. Quext and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and other materials they provide. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

8. Fees and third-party commitments
Any paid offering must disclose its price, billing arrangement, and applicable cancellation or refund terms before you agree to it. These Terms do not establish a subscription, price, refund restriction, or authorization to charge you. Carrier message, data, and voice charges may apply. A third-party transaction requires your separate authorization and is subject to the disclosed terms of that transaction.

9. Ending use and restrictions
You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting admin@quextit.com. We may restrict access to address misuse, security threats, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. Any applicable payment or cancellation rights remain governed by law and the terms you actually accepted. Information retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or completion of every requested task. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. These Terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a contractual monetary liability cap.

11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and their effective date, with additional notice or acceptance when required by law. Changes do not retroactively expand your permissions for communications, disclosures, or transactions.
